They've played well for about an hour all season. And even then, they only drew. I'm guessing it's bedlam on RAWK.

They're shit. Lucky against Stoke, undeserved win against Bournemouth, terrible against West Ham and United. Bet they play out of their skins and beat us, mind.

Short memories these Liverpool fans.
Worst performance in years? have they forgotten Stoke just 6 games ago?

When we were crap, we only had gallows humour to see us through, but see us through it did.
For all their supposed 'humour', Liverpool fans really struggle to laugh through this. It's not even like it's an actual disaster of a team. Heaven help them if they ever get relegated.

They don't yet see themselves as part of the problem. They aren't what they were, and thus everybody is a 'failure' because they aren't returning them to former glory. Each passing year the less appealing they are to top managers. It won't be long before they likes of Allardyce start turning them down.

I'm wondering if the fans are going to try to have the courts strip the club from the current owners again for not winning enough games...

and that's their problem. They can't see beyond their assumed 'right' to be great, and anything that doesn't uphold that must be some sort of injustice / incompetence.
They've bought into the myth that they are special. I understand why, it's a very intoxicating myth, but a myth it is.
They had some very special managers and players once upon a time, and that made them a special team for a period of time. It wasn't because they were inherently a 'special club' and they can't understand how so much of it is pot luck. Now they are suffering a period of relative mediocrity - as is the way with football. They think having won big ears 5 times is some sort of vaccine. It's not, as Ajax will testify after 4 wins.

For those of us who travelled to that shithole that is Klansfield in the 70s & 80s, this is a great time to be a City supporter.
One doesn't travel there... one embarks upon a journey of endurance, horror and trauma. Only Doctor Who has gone further back in time than the away fans who made it there. Many turned back at Warrington, a few fell at St Helens, and some already feared the worst upon landing at Old Swan. Those that came back were never the same.

They even sent Billy Graham there in the 80's to exorcise the place, to little avail.

im 37 so only really remember the great late 80s Liverpool sides, but i watched the West Ham game fully on holiday and then that today and can 100% honestly say this is the worst Liverpool side I've ever seen
