One doesn't travel there... one embarks upon a journey of endurance, horror and trauma. Only Doctor Who has gone further back in time than the away fans who made it there. Many turned back at Warrington, a few fell at St Helens, and some already feared the worst upon landing at Old Swan. Those that came back were never the same.

They even sent Billy Graham there in the 80's to exorcise the place, to little avail.
Chortle.

Via RAWK: I think this guy has the solution to their problem - Although I'm not 100% sure you can play 12 vs 11?

Given our horrendous form I wouldn't actually mind seeing Gomez-Sakho partnered at CB for the next league game. Something like :

Mig
Clyne Gomez Sakho Moreno
Lucas Milner
Ibe Hendo Firmino
Benteke Ings

Lucas and Milner are good enough defensively to shield our back 4. Henderson is our main man when it comes to delivery and assists, so he needs to be up the field where he can put his passing to use. His pressing up the pitch, along with Ings' work rate and Benteke being a monster will actually scare a lot of defenses I think. There's enough pace in Ibe and Moreno that if we need to counter attack, we can. The only question marks are whether Gomez and Sakho are good enough together at CB - they can't be much worse than what we have to be honest. Similarly, is Moreno a liability at LB, well I think it's a sacrifice you make in order to get the best out of players elsewhere. Wouldn't be averse to seeing Enrique back in the side either, our LB's are all equally average

So bad now there fans are giving them 12 players. Always been cheating bastards.

I mean how many other teams are allowed to use a 4-2-3-2?
