Milner's move to the red scouse will hopefully serve as an example to any footballer thinking about how they'd like to get "starts in their favourite position". Be careful what you wish for.

If he works hard and plays well he might manage to get to play for a team in the champs league who actually have a chance of winning a trophy...

Thoroughly satisfying quote from the mail on Sunday that

The thing with Rodgers is if you speak to other teams fans they all can't stand the prick either.I found him irritating but that turned to pure dislike when they were challenging us for the league when his soundbites and bullshit reached ridiculous levels and in my eyes stoked up violence.Millner has gone down in my estimation too since he joined there and has also started spouting the usual hype and bullshit associated with that club.
Totally agree mate,I nearly despise them as much as the rags and that's all down to Bodgers and winning the league in april.

Most average side we've ever had, and when Coutinho goes next year and is replaced by Mahrez of Leicester, then I think my interest in footy will finally dwindle to the point I just don't give a crap.

Already there, but not because of where we are, but what the game has become. What City & Chelsea have done to it. I only watched the second half of the game yesterday. Didn't bother with the Arsenal match. Previously, I don't think I've missed a game for about 5 years, since streaming took off. Didn't matter where I was in the world, I'd find a way to watch us. If I have something better to do, I won't go out of my way to watch us anymore. That is the sad truth. Will always be a Red, but it is just not that important to me now.

Awww the don't like it now they're not winning

Loved Bodgers interview on MOTD yesterday, he couldn't remember how many games Liverpool have won, we're only 5 games in!!

I dont, he's turned into a ****. He is a very good youth team coach who has got by after sounding off with technical sounding phrases and rhetoric about how great the club is and fans are and blah blah blah. He's been found out in my opinion
I was taking the piss. :-)

They are a right load of soft arses aren't they, they had it good for so long both them and the Rags two sides of the same coin, carved things up between themselves and now it's all falling apart on them, forgive me if I don't waste any time getting upset about it they need a taste of the real world a demotion or two to really temper them, they need more seasons in the football wilderness to give them back some basic humility and to realise that success is not a god given right to any club I think I might take a look on RAWK for a laugh

I think this poster from RAWK has got it, it's all about staying in the Prem, what's the point in taking the risk with heavy investment when you can do quite nicely without it, it's the Mike Ashley model now been visited on Liverpool

Revenue is up, Mighty Red has returned, banners and flags gone, cheap players signed to be sold on as a profit, sit down and shut up in the ground, mid table stability achieved, those pesky trips to wembley stopped (in fact anyone who takes us there will be sacked), stock value increased. Ian 'yes man' installed, and a manager that will take players he doesn't want just to save money.

Have I missed anything?

To me it's all going to plan, I don't know what you're all complaining about.
