If klopp is not a done deal this would be a very naive move. I can only imagine that the club have sorted the replacement prior to pushing eject! If they haven't and klopp says no they are in a right mess!

Klopp will already be sorted. They're just trying to hide they signed a new manager while Rodgers was still there.

Huh?

You can't look at the results in isolation without also looking at the end of last season. He was actually given a fair chance surviving the summer--this was his fourth season, not fourth month.
 
I'm fine with Rodgers but he has his faults. That said, damn, the non-LFC media is going hard defending him. Suddenly this is all the doing of the transfer committee.
 
Not sure if Klopp woud be the answer for them. Klopps gegenpressing is really taxing on the players. I felt Dortmund players were really tired last season as to the drop off. With pool having to be in the Europa league, the cup matches and the Xmas fixtures I feel the players may start off okay, but start to tire. I think it's hard to play that way all the time.

If Klopp is not kidnapped by the cult they are fucked over Ancelotti - having made it plain they are looking at Klopp and then Ancelotti can't imagine he is going to be too happy to be very publicly a second choice..................

i dont get why rodgers was sacked. the liverpool squad is shit, what they are expecting there, especially after selling best players year after year.
