I think it was a good shout not to start him but use his pace from.the bench. B Silva would have been my choice to take his place though.

That is the killer and made all the more annoying by the offside and penalty decisions. Trust me at 3-1 or 3-2 they would have caved at our place.

Again we didn't get the important decisions , the first goal was critical and they got it when VAR would have rescinded it.

in saying that we were poor in the first half and found no cutting edge in the second as they closed us down parking the bus and we created nothing of note.

The scoreline flattered them IMO but we certainly did little in the area that mattered.

One thing I will say as unlikely as we are to go through we would have been the better bet against the big three and Liverpool will be making up the numbers in the semi's.

Notwithstanding the money gap in many ways its better to be knocked out int he QTR's than in the semi's as its the hope that hits you hardest.

We will have two bits of silver this year and they none so they can walk alone when it comes to shouting for trophy's again.

All a semi and qualification nest year will do is give Klopp another year unless Bayern come a calling.

I get that brother, my point is the hypocrisy of some users.

It was a toss up between Bernardo and gundog imo they both have the same sort of criticisms and strengths. But I don’t think

How often did I listen to Pep after an away loss or a an away draw without goals in the final round in the CL that he took an extra midfielder instead of an attacker to have control in the midfield... (I just listen to his press conference). At Bayern that never worked. We were toothless in attack - and whereas against small teams we mostly could hold the zero - but with bigger teams that did not work. Than you needed the heroic matches at home like against Porto or Donezk - but that does not work against the bigger teams who come with the advantage of a good home result.

But actually he knows how to play Klopp. I remember that we even played on the counter or with a deep defense with overplaying the pressing with long balls on Müller and Lewy to beat the BVB. And apart from that jinxed Cup semi final when Lahm and Alonso slipped at the penalties we won all the important matches and only lost matches when we were already Bundesliga Champions or preseason Supercups against them.

I wanted raz in from the off and said so.
To me you dtart with your best 11 in every game, every game that matters anyway. I hate rotation with a passion. already weakened by the loss of agureo we weaken ourselves further.
Criminal.
There never seems to be the allowing for bent refs. We have to be at full strength overcome oir opponents AND the officals. We dwtr not rotate.

Please Pep let this sink in. We are not Barca or bayern,.they dont want us there.
