No problems at all . One bad pass & 3 defenders turned into wankers. That's where our problems have come from every time at Anfield. Shite defending causing the team to lose confidence.

It started last time with Otamendi running under a long ball & heading it backwards. Then Stones' arse went. Tonight Vinny, Walker & particularly Otamendi, repeatedly lost it completely in situations which would normally not even cause a raised heartbeat.

The whole defence turned to blancmange and was utter dogshit. Shocker of a game really. Never threatened them. It really was pathetic.

All well and good blaming th refs and linesmen for the result - ultimatley, we were abysmal from 10th-45th minute, and paid the price. YES, Pep got team selection wrong imo (surprised not many have said we should have played Danilo - a right footer against Salah would have been a good bet imo), but the team as a whole were abysmal. Collective responsibility. Hopefully we can pull through against the rags and set ourselves up well against the dippers next week.

The only positive is the return leg is not at that cursed ground. The linesman wrongly allowed their first goal as Salah was offside & wrongly disallowed Sane's who was onside. And Chamberlain scoring a screamer against us again just proved it.

We'll probably play x5 better than that and less bad luck. But we'll need to score two first half goals and not concede to give us any real chance in the second half.
