but right now it's still in our hands. at this stage we've just got to keep the points ticking over. 4 from the next two games (fulham A, everton H) is the next step.

then it's Wigan H, Burnley A, Birmingham H. if we took nine, I think draws against utd, villa, spurs and a win on the final day would be enough. six is the minimum, but then we'd probably have to beat villa, maybe spurs too.

Fair enough Bizzbo but you have left out the two games Villa have yet to arrange:

Hull City (A)
Everton (H)

I'm looking forward to my first visit to Eastlands next month.
 
Aren't Liverpool, Spurs and Villa still involved in cup competition? We only need to concentrate on the league. As fans we should be backing the team all the way to fourth spot and as a team the players & manager should be confident that they can achieve this by putting all their efforts into achieving it.
Now I was happy to get top 6 this season but as has been said Liverpool & Spurs have to play Chelsea and Utd at some point. We have it in our own hands to claim it.
 
We can definately do it. It is in our hands for the pure fact that we have the games in hand and we have to play two of our challengers at home and they have there minds on cup as well. It will be very tight and i reckon it will go down to final day of the season.
 
Spuds play Chelsea, Arse an rags 10th 17th and 25th April, sounds good eh. our fixtures at same time Brum, rags and Arse so not much difference
 
I think Liverpool are the worst of the 4 of us. I know there are other factors like referees admitting they see and aren't bothered by Gerrard assaulting players or swearing at them but basically they aren't the team I fear most.
 
corrupt scousers?? i thought they were all hard working gentleman?

Will be stayin out of city centre this weekend. Not heard of this much scum since the bubonic plague!
