She would indeed.
She is also the one (since sadly, Nad didn’t take part) whose performance as PM would make Alexander defeffel’s leadership look positively sparkling and inspired……..and who knows, maybe that would provide an opportunity for the great man to ride to our rescue?!

She wants to reduce tax to help people during the cost of living crisis.
Is she talking about income tax? If so doesn't the thick Moron realise those most in need only pay a small amount of tax (if any) and will therefore see bugger all coming their way to offset high prices. - The same applies if she talks about scrapping the NI increase.
Alternatively is she talking about reducing VAT which isn't applied to food and is already very low on energy.
Have I misunderstood her plans or is she as thick as a whale sandwich?

I think she is well aware of the implications of her proposed tax cuts tbf. As with most Conservative policies, they will largely benefit the rich.

The whole leadership race is a farce really. It’s a race to the bottom. Both candidates are trying to portray themselves as more right wing than the other to appeal to the 160,000 Conservative members who will decide our next Prime Minister. It’s a truly fucked up system.

More smoke and mirrors.
Most tax- cutting benefits by a long way only go to the already wealthy (who coincidentally appear to be Tory voters) and of course it has to come from somewhere. I mean, who needs state schools and NHS hospitals, when the money can go into the private school fees for little Nigel and Clarinda, or on a fancy new German car or a new swimming pool just like Rishi’s, cause the people ain’t getting any.
