Have you tried the credit union ? If not, it'd be worth a crack. Sometimes you need to be a member then wait a few months before they'll loan you anything, but some branches will(apparently) loan you immediately. Bad credit rating doesn't seem to be a problem(apparently) so maybe give em a try. Good luck mucker. P.S The apparentlys are from me looking online.
