London Based Blues

When I joined the other year it was priority tickets, they do bits and bobs with travel - got a free train ticket to Reading away with a load of them, and on the way down to Pompey last year they had a bit of a piss-up on the train.

I also got a shiny membership card with Tony Book on it! Bonzer!

Does the OSC offer cheap travel to home games? I might be moving back down to London next year and I am hoping to still use my season ticket.

It would be great if someone from the official London Branch was able to make it on Sunday to explain exactly what the benefits of joining are and how travel arrangements work.

My understanding is that they arrange group discounted RAIL travel (no coaches) to home games and presumably help with access to tickets for in-demand cup games etc.

I do not think that they arrange a lot of "social" get-togethers .... hence the need for us to sort out our own act at pubs like City Pride for a good meet up (ps Thanks to Tony / Tuearts Boots for doing a lot of the leg-work on this)

Thats not bad to be honest. The train fares always been the thing that puts me off going to home games, most of the time its £70+

It's mainly , at the moment, for earlier release tickets, cheaper travel to games. The home games they get the 1050am train (I think).
OSC is aware of what we are up to and that we are NOT a stand alone USC (Unofficial SC).
My membership form was sent last night and payment has been sent.
I'm expecting at least 1 OSC member, who runs the MCFC OSC Football team. I haven't met him but we have talking for about 4 months.

Ssshhh Tony, don't let them know we're an USC!

It's like when WWF fought WCW, or something like that!
