Wouldn't satisfy the demand. There won't be a capacity in excess of 20,000. A lot of City fans will suddenly care about the CL (who didn't previously).Cardiff?
You can't fly there at the moment as a tourist and flights to Turkey are suspended. If that continues then it won't be a problem, people will be refunded their money. If the flight suspension is lifted then they'll be comfortable with people travelling.

Not sure who is flying on them though. Perhaps cargo is sustaining them, because they're certainly restricted for booking by regular UK passengers.
