Lucas Paqueta investigated by FA for alleged betting breaches

He just has to tell him there's no future for him here, it's not working out and unless we have a huge injury crisis he will get no minutes.

I get the feeling though that club aren't as quick to show him the door as the fans? There must be something about him that makes them want to give him a chance.

I do hope Phillips has a barnstormer of a season, just to reinforce how us laymen, categorically, know fek all (:

I’ve learnt the hard way that interpretation has to be taken with a pinch of salt, what we see, more often than not, is consumed by the need for immediate results, I mean how many times has this been debunked in Peps tenure??

He may be one of the few anomalies in this era and just isn’t fit for purpose, however, the gratification that exits to be proven instantaneously correct is a lesson which some can’t learn; how’s about we get behind the lad and see, again, if there’s something our highly skilled hierarchy can nurture!
Always Leeds best player v us , like Jack for Villa

Yes, better reason is he could potentially go to the worlds best team, in champions league and win trophies.

Moyes style of play really has nothing to do with it.
Well that is certainly a better reason, but it does not make trying to get away from miserable Moyes a silly reason, and his style of play will certainly have something to do with it, Paqueta is a good player, when he went to Lyon to replace Ndombele i think, he played defensive mid pushing Aouar further forward, it soon became apparent he was the better, in both positions, why would a good attacking player want to be restricted by Moyes.
