With those fees west ham are asking for rice and presumably paqueta, you'd think they were champions league contenders and not Europa conference league material who happened to finish in the bottom half of the league.
While we can't get interest (admittedly for various reasons) in our champions league winners, or clubs want them on the cheap at a point that is truly insulting if you believe what you read.

Just a lot of money in the game now. I rather it be spent on players than go into the owners pockets
