Lucas Paqueta investigated by FA for alleged betting breaches

Maybe someone at either the FA or Premier League leaked something, as it would’ve become a whole lot messier if the deal had actually gone through. Feels like this came as a bit of a surprise to all parties. Doubt negotiations would’ve got this far if either side knew.
The FA according to Sky. They stepped in when they realised he was about to be transfered

Why go out of your way to bash Phillips when there was no need whatsoever?

I'm not bashing Phillips, I'd love to see him succeed... But the fact is Pep didn't bring him in for the last 20 mins v Burnley.

Why?

You tell me.

He brought McAtee and Palmer on.

The elephant in the room. West Ham and the EFL allowed the City bidding process to proceed when both must have been aware of the pending investigation. Is this at all ethical? If not, how does this impact the 115 charges? Surely now all charges must be dropped immediately.
It’s a conspiracy to try & derail us. He’ll be cleared after the transfer window closes :) :)

Corrupt PL UEFA FIFA

TH said we have been aware of this since Tuesday....therefore we have had Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and today before the news broke to react to it behind closed doors and decide what to do about it....Im sure we plan well ahead (months even seasons ahead) BUT we have to react to it...if we go with what we have we will struggle a little more than usual.
All conjecture and hearsay.
