I think squad numbers are always an indication, so the fact that Illy hasn't been given 1 yet means he waiting for one to be freed up, likewise Suarez would want 1 of 7,9 or 10 and all our now taken.

I think it's possible, if unlikely, that Barcelona would accept an offer north of £80m for him.

I'm just not convinced Suarez personally would want to come. His wife, in particular, likely wouldn't want to leave Spain.
