Due to the English quota needing to be filled I would be straight in for him but due to potential and nationality his price is terribly inflated, rags opening bid of 27 mil is steep however if he sees out his career it would be a bargain, sell one of kolarov or cliche and offer 25m and hope he wants to come to us to force the move through
