I thought Pep might drop Rodri or Gundogan for Bernardo to counter that and have Foden in.

But instead he seems to have picked the 2 not very mobile centre mids and brought in a 35 year old.

Does have the personnel for that, but why wouldn’t you use Mendy? A role he is made for? Walker is not attack minded so it would make much more sense to have cancelo and Mendy as the WB. I don’t know. Just seems a strange time to produce something completely different

Plenty of fire power on the bench if it goes wrong, or even hold them first 60 mins then unleash hell.

How many times we have turned the game on his head whole chasing? Don't really remember. There is nothing called coming back after 60 mins
