September is probably a little optimistic, but at least he's back in high spirits after what can only be described as utter depression after his last injury.
This would have made him mentally stronger, and the talent seems to still be there. I'd take a fit, firing on all cylinders MJ over a 30 year old £50m Gerrard any day.

Unfortunately I agree with you. He may have to move on to make it now, as we're in the market for already proven players. He'll probably find a starting berth at Villa or Everton (oh yes, I did say Everton), and hopefully become the player we hoped he would be.MCFC87 said:I'm still holding the hope he can be our attacking midfield threat when he's fit!
