You're on holiday, decide to leave the kids on their own at night after leaving them on their own in a crèche all day because you want to go out and have a nice drink and food (sod the kids they aren't important)
You come back and your kid asks you why didn't you come when they and their sibling were crying?
You really just want to pass this off as: kids cry it's what they do?
You don't think them being left on their own constantly night after night has anything to do with it?

Being aware of and responding to a child's emotional needs isn't spoiling them. Your final sentence is contradictory as you imply criticism with the use of the word spoiling.

I'm not really familiar with them other than the Gaspar statement but leaving your kids alone every night on holiday makes anyone a poor parent in my books

Spot on it cannot be compared to your kids playing up in the comfort of your own home. From what you inferred earlier it wasn't the only time they left them unsupervised at night presumably with a similar routine leaving the door wide open. The poor girl being taken is the only plausible explanation would love to think she's gone to a good home with better parents but sadly fear the worst.

Just thinking the same myself don't know how many kids were in the group but it appears Maddy was chosen if they all were similarly negligent. Fairly large group of families by the pool by day adults only in the restaurant in

Absolutely the foi request to charities commission said they could have gone down that route, massively beneficial as public more likely to donate to a registered charity, no tax and 25% gift aid on uk tax payer donations. It was a no brainer as only consequence would be full accountability of how it’s spent, however they when limited co within 2 weeks and now have 600k in investments showing and a shit ton of fees paid and massive turnover of directors. The pure financial/ business side just doesn’t look like a fund to increase a search or assist the police in any way.

It was a bizarre comment to make. I get that people don’t believe they had anything to do with it and feel they’ve suffered enough as a result but I’m sure all those people wouldn’t be quite so flippant about a child waking up and being upset that her parents weren’t anywhere to be seen.

Maybe I phrased it badly I was meaning that he wasn't necessarily spoiling them, kids have emotional needs but altering your behavior purely to stop them crying ain't always a good thing. Sometimes you have to let them cry.
