I was kind of in agreement with you until the Clement Freud thing popped up. It's just too weird that he's living in that area and having cocktail parties for them in the weeks following her (insert your own belief here). Then I saw those photos of her in adult make up that look to be from the holiday and you think there could be legs in this thing.

He's covered many topics and I find his shows fascinating. He's covered the usual stuff like NASA and 9/11 but others like the Jo Cox Assasination, Didcot Murders, Derrick Bird and so on.
I doubt it’s state/tax payer money here. I know for a fact that Brian Kennedy (rich Cheshire bloke, ex Sale Sharks owner, got a helicopter and 2 private jets last time I heard) is a friend of the family and has sunk a load into this investigation. Thanks for that.The dogs for me GD. The apartment was also free of any DNA (more or less), it had clearly been cleaned out prior to investigation. It may not prove it in a court of law, but there is enough in this case that makes it beyond question from my point of view. Non of the testemants make sense (when they eventually gave them), the whole routine of their day from the crèche to the hotel. Lots of people telling lots of lies and that suggests a cover of some type.
I also believe the reaction of the Portuguese police in those really early, initial moments is telling. Some have said they were unprofessional, personally I think they had made a fairly early call that the Mcanns were telling lies. Now that certainly doesn’t excuse the lack of reaction, they should absolutely have followed the book process, but like I said, it’s just another little pointer to me.
Of course I may be completely wrong, but put me on a jury and I’d think these 2 were completely guilty.

If she’s died in there (which is perfectly plausible) it would require almost super-human levels of presence of mind and control to respond in the manner you describe - after being confronted with the corpse of your own child. On the basis no evidence relating to the body has subsequently come to the fore, that would be sufficient for me (based on what I know, which tbh is fairly limited) to be unable to be sure of their guilt.
