It's a different email you want not just the purchase confirmation email that you got when you bought. You should be getting it today (or tomorrow?). Might be worth ringing them tomorrow if you haven't got it in the morning.The email i have doesn't say anything about passport or collection :S
What it does say is "Paper Ticket *Collect from Ticket Office" in the box next to the price of each ticket.
None of the info in the bottom of the email is relevant really.
