He was injured! Barely kicked a ball so yes he's barely showed us anything, but why be sceptical of a player who's won everything and only 31? Crowing? Forgive me for being a City fan.

Macon is class yes but that's not to say Micah and Zabs don't have or never will have it!

I don't think they'll ever have a class Maicon had 2-3 years ago, they're just not as talented as he is.

He's not that good anymore though but still very good option to have.

Mancio you are right, how many right full backs are better than Maicon? Arguablly two; Alves and Lahm, Alves is better than Maicon in an attacking sense but not as good defensively, the reverse is true of Lahm. Maicon is n't neccessarily the best RB but he is the best all round and not far of the top spot.

I was hoping we'd play him on the wing when we signed him, and I'm glad he had the impact he did today. He changed the game when he came on and contributed defensively and going forward, and it's a shame he wasn't allowed the chance to score at the very end.
