was round there last week drove down claremont rd & then into maine road , felt really srange not to see the the main stand & ticket office etc .

the Bluecamp & surrounding area just doesnt have the same feel, but i,m old git

hopefully the young ones & the arabs money will help us move onwards & upwards

A couple of pints in the beehive, then to that chippy behind the Kippax (what was it called?) for pudding chips and gravy. Eat that in the Kippax car park and into the ground 10 mins before kick off. Happy days, i used that routine for about 5 years. I have not got a routine at the new ground......

we may have the arabs and the money, but no one can take what memories we have of maine road. that video brought it all back! from going to school there, knocking about with me mates around there and going to mostly every home game with my dad and uncle and cousins....it was awesome

My favourite the Osbourne (the ozzy, obv) closed down about 4 weeks ago, crying shame. I started off drinking lemonade in there with a packet of plain crisps, happy days. Ended up p*ssed out of my head every home game full of ayingebrau, happy days.

Great boozer the osbourne also the gardeners........any sign of claire par 5? i need a drink

i remember when i were at high school (94) and my mum promised me that she'd give me a fiver for a ticket for each home game aslong as i went in school, i used to wag pretty much every other friday afternoon lessons so i could get 2 busses to Maine Road to buy my ticket in advance, cheeky i know BUT i hated queueing on match days haha
