Man city sign 18 year old ghanaian Mohammed abu.

I think he went out on loan because we considered him more first team ready than Abdul Razak, and given how good Razak looked in pre-season he must be pretty decent

Despite what Cuntona says, we are loaded with exciting youth talent at City. Of course the step from reserve level to City's first team is extremely difficult and won't happen for the majority of them (and its the same at United and Chelsea!) but so many of these kids I've seen are going to have good careers as professionals. Players like Boyata, Abu, Razak, Wabara, and Guidetti would have been godsends for us 5 years ago - I firmly believe our youth system with the new scouting options has improved and if we had it but not the Arab money, we'd reap the benefits of it.

He went out on loan because he cannot get a work permit to play in the U.K. ¬¬

Just been called up to the Ghana senior national side to face Nigeria next Tuesday! Big call-up considering he is 19. This lad is making a huge impression it seems.
