Feel like chucking the remote through the fucking tv! Force closed, uninstalled/reinstalled.
Can’t watch any of the run in stuff!
Had an email to say I’ve paid + paired it ..... nothing! Sent ‘em an email.
 
Mine works fine on Sony smart tv BUT when I leave the app to watch something else, it hangs and the only way to recover is to do a TV reset and then relaunch the City TV app. Hopefully that will get sorted at some point.

Found a fix. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled and then repeated the process of generating the code and putting it in on my phone. It worked.

They were very helpful when i rang them today,you know what the media lot are like,nothing is ever simple

I beg to differ did you have any issues pairing.......without context sounds a dodgy question!
 
It seems to be just showing the stuff that is churned out on the website. The highlights are worth having they are already on the website, so not worth buying a telly for.

Like all football clubs' tv channels, they don't show any games that fans want to watch, so seem pointless.

The only prob i had was the subscribe link kept taking me to the citizens sign in and it wouldn't recognize me,the techy guy sorted it,once i was in i had no probs at all,it was bound to be difficult day one

QPR and sick swan games are on there,last seasons games in all comps,womens and EDS,games 24hrs after broadcast,what more do you want
