Whether John Gudetti gets a run out on Wednesday will depend if he is named in the 23 man squad at the end of August which was submitted to UEFA. If his name is in that squad I do hope he will get a chance at some point during the game. Last Sunday would have been an ideal time to give john a run out with us leading 5-0 after 55mins, however it was not to be.

Given Nasri was at the press conference I would guess he will be playing,may even be Captain....

Which reminds me, when is Kompany back?
Could he possibly get a run out against these?

We must try and clinicaly beat Pilzen to gain a chance to try and get the number 1 spot in Munich. That would be the perfect revenge for a seemingly complete off-day when we played Bayern at home last month. Despite high expectations, I don't think we'll see a bigscore. A win will do. Hart will start. It'll be difficult to prove himself as we rarely give away anything at home.

It looks like I may be in Manchester on Wednesday evening, is it just possible to roll up to the stadium and buy a ticket?

The greyed blocks in the South Stand are where the away supporters are.

You can buy a ticket online and, because of the short time left for posting it out, collect at the stadium, but I'd check first by phone. Or try buying by phone and credit/debit card.

Anyway, the seating plan gives an idea of what seats are still available.

S Jovetic.......Calf/Shin Injury........1st Dec 13
V Kompany.....Thigh Muscle Strain....1st Dec 13

I would like us to make sure of a win, either by starting with a strong team, scoring, controlling the game and replacing with weaker players (this scenario if Bayern have dropped points) or by starting with a weaker team and bringing on the big guns if we don't look like scoring (this if Bayern have won).

There is a player registration B rule which might make Guidetti eligible even though we din't have him in the 23 men squad.
