Agreed. People look back with rose tinted glasses. He was a great player but nowhere near the quality of the player we have now!

Look at his career aside from when he played for city which was great at times but I remember him often being anonymous; he never did anything. If silva, aguero, Nasri etc leave then it would be to go onto somewhere like Barcelona, Madrid or bayern. Kinkladze was nothing like up to the level that we are at now; not even close.

Played out of position cos he wasnt deemed good enough to play in his own position
