The day Fernandihno finally deserves the Motm. Folks are jumping him for Bernardo. I'm sorry, Bernado hustled defensively and was running nonstop, but for 45 minutes he was playing hot potato in possession like David.

Dihno is the only player who was very good in every phase of the game.


Good on Bernado, but this one wasn't close. Not enough for him to have a lead in the voting.

Then Kompany, Sterling & Sane get top marks for effort / passion / chasing every ball when things got difficult in the second half.

Voted for Bernardo, not necessarily because he was the best player (although he was pretty fucking good) but that level of intensity was amazing. Invaluable to have that drive for the second half of the season now - assume he has no reason to hate the scouters, so he just really wants another title. Amazing.

Really enjoyed sterling effort tonight. To keep Robertson quiet and track mane as well is a horrible job, but he also should of had a goal and 2 more assists on top.
