Management speak

Going forward.

I get "moving forward" which I think is worse.
Both essentially mean:
"I am a complete bell end and have done something outrageously bell end-ish, even for me. This was my fault and will impact negatively on you
"I am totally embarrassed about being a bell end and the bell end-use things I have done.
"However, I am not man enough to admit this to you publicly.
"I am a management slave, a dishonest coward who has been gelded and so I am afraid to tell the truth.
"So please can you stop talking about what I am and what I did, and forget it ever happened."
