Domis Construction are already doing prep work underneath the arches, out of sight, like they did with Viadux 1.
As soon as Domis or Salboy post an update I will post it on the thread.
The main thing is, Nubo, as it will be called, is being built.

I read somewhere it was supposed to take your eye to the sky, rather than have it stop dead and look like a solid block, not sure if it is the real reason, someone I knew thought they were solar panels once it was finished, not sure why as it is not solid.
