And for what it's worth this time, I have been told we are very close to nailing down an agreement with Isco.

Christ - it's like Walter Mitty Top Trumps on here today.
Is there a prize for the most convincing made-up story or something?
Ok - I'll have a go.
Our next manager is Miranda.

Malaga's sporting director did admit a few days ago that talks had opened regards isco.

I would simply say Mancini has earned the right for a decent send-off this weekend.

Whatever comes out in the next week to ten days, his name will be there in the history books.

Have never made any secret that I believe the next step needs to be taken with a new hand on the wheel, and have felt for a long time it will be Pellegrini's

For what it's worth, I was told 24 hours prior Hughes was to be sacked at the Sunderland game.

And for what it's worth this time, I have been told we are very close to nailing down an agreement with Isco.

That could mean anything at this stage.

i assume the intimation is a pellegrini sanctioned transfer(in effect bringing the player with him)

I would assume Pellegrini had no say in transfers to or from the club

if he was in negotiations to become our manager it would be not unreasonable for him to say get me isco would it not

i would expect any manager to have a say on transfers in and out

I read the front page not the whole lot but FFS PEOPLE! talkshite said pep had signed for us definately and it was about to be announced and it was,the next day that he had signed for bayern before xmas! im disappointed in you guys doing another mancini out session on match day and cup final week, whose bloody side are you on?

That's all it can be mate.

Isco is very happy in Malaga so for it to be already at this stage of negotiation, the intimation has to be that the player has factored in more than money.

Txiki might just be a smooth-talking bandido.

I see no reason why people need to tear the arse out of it at present, we will all get our answers soon enough.

With Khaldoon extending us the usual courtesy.

Dave comes along with his little winks to make out he maybe or maybe not already knows something to move things along a little.
Fantasy gets in his little quips about how bad the mancini is but nothing else
Prestwich agrees with anything they all say soon enough he will drop the odd I may know something.
Nip posts is usual boring long winded posts which is just the same thing but with the words jumbled around a little.
Tolmie pops in with some info which might or might not be happening.

It is quite predictable really

Personally I think Mancini will get at least another season..

The club wouldn't be doing there job if they wasn't looking at a new future manager, clubs like City don't just sack a manager on a whim without having a plan in place, that means talking to probably future managers of City..

haha - you crack me up NF

For what it's worth our kid told me 2 month ago that Pellegrini was being heavily touted and i responded with the usual 'stfu' you 'bell cheese', i'm a massive Bobby fan, always will be but from what i've just been told from a player mate he looks a goner - no agenda, no stirring the melting pot, just a golden goodbye!

And you come in with fuck all to add.

What is this shit... And remember someone said that if Pellegrini comes in, Aguero leaves. If we are going to believe rumours to be the truth, we better do it properly XD
