It's absolutely crucial going forward that we have stability. just look at Chelsea. They have had some of the biggest names manage them since Mourinho left and chopping n' changing every season has been the key reason they haven't been doing as well as they should. The situation at that club is a shambles and we don't want it anywhere near our club.
Is Pellegrini really an upgrade on Mancini? I don't think he is, and to be honest, I don't care either way. Roberto has done a great job over the last 3 and a half years, sometimes under some very testing circumstances. But he has never let us down. Now it's time we show a bit of loyalty to the man who delivered arguably the greatest season in this clubs history.
Replace him and it's back to square one again. Surely the owner and his reps see this?
