Everyone keeps going on about keeping Mancini so we can use our relative stability as an advantage against Utd next season...
Does anyone think Fergie is actually leaving Utd? He's moving upstairs, he'll still be around, to offer advice to Moyes (who is a very capable manager) and to pick up the pieces if things go wrong. It's not going to affect them at all, it may even make them stronger as they will have a manager who can be what Ferguson wishes he still was, rather than one who was having to become increasingly hands off due to his growing health problems.
If you think we should keep Mancini just to win by default next season then you need to pull your head out of the sand. This is not even taking into consideration the probable re-emergence of the Mourinho-machine.
