I think he meant beat Villa by two and have a three goal aggregate in the two matches. That's how I read it anyway.

Ah, fair enough. It's easy to misunderstand what somebody meant in a couple of lines, but I read it twice and still thought he meant 3 games left. Probably serves me right for trying to be smart!
