Huge numbers are self employed and running own businesses. many involved in tech sector. legal professions, property, medicine. covers all sectors.

12,000 people a year move and want to stay in the city centre. Thats 2 blocks a month. i keep reading today they are empty! Try getting one then, one went up for rent last week. 40 enquiries in a single day. Rented out without even a viewing.
