Mancini blames Hart for defeat

If this isn't true, I expect City to push the Sun for a retraction because it's a **** of a thing to make up.

If it turns out it is true, then Mancini wants to have a world with himself. He's going to run out of players to hang out to dry eventually.

Hows he hanging Hart out to dry? He hasn't done it publicly if true. Managers blame players all the time in dressing rooms either because they believe it or to get a reaction. I too would have blamed Hart yesterday to his face.

I would rather blame Clichy who made Rafael and Valencia OWN him all day . Also Mancini should share from the blame as well because he could have subbed Nasri for Maicon in the 60th minute but instead he left Nasri on to waste 30 more minutes

hahahaha what fucking bollocks that is, Clichy was immense yet again. He was up against two players all the time and did that job well.

For starters, I don't care what you would have said to JH. You're not their manager.

Mancini, if he did say to Hart "that was your fault", is totally in the wrong. Hart wasn't anymore culpable for any of the goals than any other defensive player. It's a manifest nonsense to claim it was his fault. I can point to three or four people who could've dealt with the situations leading up to each goal. This is football, and sometimes you have to credit the opposition because one pass, or one touch, at the highest level, can kill you and leave your defenders for dead. Had Vinny and Zaba not run into each other like keystone cops, the first goal doesn't go in. If Rafael doesn't play the perfect pass into Rooney, the second goal doesn't happen. If Nasri simply stands upright and doesn't move, the third goal doesn't go in.

I hope he did, was at fault for the last goal and could have done better with the first.

I can't blame him for the first or second goal . Clichy made a mess of his defending responsibilities and we suffered for his mistakes .

I don't think Clichy should even have been in the position he was. I thought Joe should have came for that ball. Combination of errors conspired against us for that goal. Joe not collecting, Clichy not passing it back to him or clearing, Carlos giving away the 'dive', the wall being to small? Sami Nasri ducking out of the way, then sticking his leg out to deflect it to where Joe was seconds earlier and Joe then getting beat on his side. Written in the stars and gutting.

No he didn't :
1. With first goal he should have read shrek's movement instead he allowed him move in deeper and then opened his legs for shrek's shot to go through . There's this thing Micah Richards does in situations like that , he throws his WHOLE body down to block the ball , not just his leg.

2. He made Rafael look like a world class winger for the 2nd goal , Valencia almost got a third from that same wing and then he clumsily gave the free kick.

he was good yesterday but could have been better

Hanging him out to dry in the privacy of the dressing room?

Give me a fucking break.

-- Mon Dec 10, 2012 9:40 am --

Mancini needs to look in the fucking Mirror before he starts blaming everyone else.

Our average start to the season is down to him.
Why, what have they written?

And if you didn't mean the paper, then why capitalise it?

I actually don't blame Hart for any of the goals. The first one he was just wrong footed. I thought Rooney would go to Hart's bottom left, however, he actually went bottom right (despite not connecting properly) and Hart had no chance.

As for the 3rd, blame Clichy for the situation happening in the first place, then blame Tevez for the needless foul and then fucking Nasri because what he did (or didn't do) was inexcusable. The wall is there for a reason. Hart should be expecting the wall to do all it can to block the ball, he's not there to 2nd guess whether Nasri will shit himself.

It could be another made up paper article, however, if this is the case, I'd expect City to be all over it like a rash immediately. You'll know in the next 24/48hrs whether it's bollocks if nothing has been done about it or whether there's any apology like the one the Mirror made a month or so back.

If I could just point you back in the direction of your first sentence.

You mean he was at fault because of the deflection
Behave.

No he was at fault because he should have come out for the pass back and cleared it or told Clichy to clear it.

He needed to take command and didn't, caused confusion and panic which lead to the free kick.

Really ? To me it looked like Hart was calling for it so he could clear it but Clichy decided to turn away and try and beat Wellbeck.
