Mancini blames Hart for defeat

Mancini needs to look in the fucking Mirror before he starts blaming everyone else.

Our average start to the season is down to him.

I disagree on that, for me too many players are below an acceptable level of performance so far. Key players like Aguero, Kompany, Yaya, Hart are all significantly down on last season's level of consistency. I'm not saying Mancini is blameless but there's a limit to what any manager can do if too many players are under-performing.

And who is it who keeps picking them?

Who thought Garcia and Rodwell would be good buys?

Who keeps picking Mario despite everything he has done over the time he has been with us?

Who sets us up to play as slowly as we do in most games?

We have regressed this year and whilst I agree with what you say about underperforming players, we also currently have an underperforming manager and coaching staff.

Hows he hanging Hart out to dry? He hasn't done it publicly if true. Managers blame players all the time in dressing rooms either because they believe it or to get a reaction. I too would have blamed Hart yesterday to his face.

I would rather blame Clichy who made Rafael and Valencia OWN him all day . Also Mancini should share from the blame as well because he could have subbed Nasri for Maicon in the 60th minute but instead he left Nasri on to waste 30 more minutes

hahahaha what fucking bollocks that is, Clichy was immense yet again. He was up against two players all the time and did that job well.

Silva left Clichy alone to defend against two fast players like Rafael/Valencia who are able to cross well anytime.

For starters, I don't care what you would have said to JH. You're not their manager.

Mancini, if he did say to Hart "that was your fault", is totally in the wrong. Hart wasn't anymore culpable for any of the goals than any other defensive player. It's a manifest nonsense to claim it was his fault. I can point to three or four people who could've dealt with the situations leading up to each goal. This is football, and sometimes you have to credit the opposition because one pass, or one touch, at the highest level, can kill you and leave your defenders for dead. Had Vinny and Zaba not run into each other like keystone cops, the first goal doesn't go in. If Rafael doesn't play the perfect pass into Rooney, the second goal doesn't happen. If Nasri simply stands upright and doesn't move, the third goal doesn't go in.

I actually don't blame Hart for any of the goals. The first one he was just wrong footed. I thought Rooney would go to Hart's bottom left, however, he actually went bottom right (despite not connecting properly) and Hart had no chance.

As for the 3rd, blame Clichy for the situation happening in the first place, then blame Tevez for the needless foul and then fucking Nasri because what he did (or didn't do) was inexcusable. The wall is there for a reason. Hart should be expecting the wall to do all it can to block the ball, he's not there to 2nd guess whether Nasri will shit himself.

It could be another made up paper article, however, if this is the case, I'd expect City to be all over it like a rash immediately. You'll know in the next 24/48hrs whether it's bollocks if nothing has been done about it or whether there's any apology like the one the Mirror made a month or so back.

Yep ... the point is Joe wasn't directly or indirectly culpable for any of their goals. That's why I find it hard to believe this "story" actually even took place.

Which is why you'd expect City's PR team do react quick, since they managed to get an apology out of the Mirror for spouting bollocks last month.

and yet if it wasn't for the free-kick he'd have been an over-performing manager.

This is below the belt criticism. /it's individual error that's taking the edge from our game. Our team play was outstanding and Utd could not handle us even though they had a 2-0 lead. That's unprecedented for a City v Utd game. It's easy playing them when you're a goal up and can hit them on the counter. Quite a different matter playing on the ropes.

You should give a lot more credit to City's general game yesterday.

Who thought Garcia and Rodwell would be good buys? Brian fucking Marwood

Who keeps picking Mario despite everything he has done over the time he has been with us? He has not played very much season but scored in his previous start at Wigan and did nothing wrong in the first half today

Its not just about the free kick , Starting Balo and leaving Nasri for 90 minutes.

WHat did Balotelli do wrong in the first half? He was more alive that fucking Aguero.

It was a series of errors. Clichy should have passed back to Hart to clear; Tevez shouldn't have clipped the little teddy bear; the wall should have been better organised (Hart?); why did Tevez leave the wall (Hart or Tevez?); why was Nasri hiding behind another player and not facing the ball?

He did well in the first half, but more alive than Aguero, you joking??

Aguero may not be finding the net in, but he is working hard and makes us a team. See his tracking back and winning the ball off Rooney as a prime example.
