Ducado said:There has been some hysterics over this, I like Mancini for all he has done, but this season we have under performed and he is the boss, that's life in the modern game, we are dining at the top table now.
He has taken us as far as he can, and I thank him for it, but some of the football we have played this season has been dire

If a few malcontents are causing problems then I'd agree but when you get players like Vinny, Zab and Magic Dave kicking off then there's clearly something wrong.FanchesterCity said:The players go.Parksidecity said:So if players like Kompany , silva , Kun turn round and ask for a transfer as they don't get on with bob

The day the players start dictating the manager, is the day we become Chelsea.
NO player (or manager) is bigger than the club.
One of the reasons for United's success is that the players KNEW who was boss. Rightly or wrongly, what Ferguson said was gospel.
Some call it bullying, and there's a good case for that. Others call it firm leadership, and there's an equally good case for that.
But when you count their trophies... I think I'd opt for a 'firm leader' every day of the week.

Looks like complete restructure of the coaching part of the club.
Nothing surprising though considering how shit those youth teams were.
However, weren't the u-14s scoring like 10, 11 goals a game, and I think they won a trophy? Are these coaches going to be replaced as well?
Also, I'm guessing if Mancini departs, Lombardo is also leaving?
As well as coaches, the scouting department needs to be overhauled as well..
