Just one of many reasons why people on here are pissed off with our Media/PR team.

From the Mirror via News Now.

Bobby no mates: Zabaleta admits Manchester City stars have flopped, but Roberto Mancini's future is still NOT their business

Bobby no mates?

Is that right you Rag ****, David McDonnell! Yes it's that **** once again. I take it you weren't at Wembley on Saturday when 50,000 City fans sang his name.

Could you ever image that **** writing something similar about a United manager.

It's OK, the Mirror will be at City's next press conference at the Etihad.

I understand his frustration. I feel abit shamed tbh.

Me too, but with comments like that its almost like he wants to be sacked.

Hopefully this part is true.

it is understood there is a break-clause in his contract that will cap any pay-off at a year’s money.

I can understand what he says about taking time to build a truly world class team but again he talks crap about people within the club when he shouldn't. He seems a nice guy so I have to put it down to foolishness.

He gave us great times but he's not one to build anything long term around. Khaldoon won't know himself when he has a manager who he can relate to professionally.

I hope Mancini takes us to the cleaners and demands full payment for the last 4 years of his contract.
Who you support, Mancini or club? I just don't understand some lads here? They hope Mancini will take all money from club? So you support more Mancini than club?

YCNMIU... I'm afraid we're gonna have Chelsea vs Rafa at City next season based on some posts... cringeworthy...

BTW, will that MUEN interview finally stop theories that players signed last summer were not Mancini's players:

The players that we took, I decided to take these players. But you need to move in February, March, April, May. August is difficult because you don’t have these players in pre-season.

I don’t think there will ever be another manager who will win 6-1 at Old Trafford against Ferguson.

You can bet on that Bobby...

Can't wait for this saga to come to the end, thanks and good luck.

A piss poor CL campaign maybe?
But if they had reservations "all season long" surely they pre-date this year's campaign
Well I'm sure our amateur attitude of trying to close the Madrid game was only 5 games into the season. That on top of another shit display at both Anfield and the Brit (both seemingly impossible to win at in the league) before that.

All season long sounds about right
Well that goes against the "well informed" posters on here who are stating that they only offered him a new deal in the summer because they felt they had to save face, as they wanted him out as far back as last season.

Nothing Mancini has said as led me to believe he wants out, in fact quite the opposite, it seems the board has just been biding their time looking for an excuse. A trophy-less season is their best it seems

From Oliver Kay (Times):

So why the fuck did they give him 5!! 5 fucking years! Then in the same breath not back him in the transfer market last summer. I didn't think he'd be here for 5 years but seems pretty strange the decision to fuck him off was made months ago.

Not aimed at you btw.
I'm struggling to understand this, particularly as I'm under the distinct impression that they didn't see him as the long-term replacement for Hughes from day 1 allegedly.

But having come in and won us the league playing, for some of the season, the most scintillating football for many years, perhaps they thought he was the right man after all. Then, having got a 5-year contract under his belt, he thought he was indestructible and he could afford to piss the new CEO and DOF off big time. MEN even reporting that he barely speaks to Vicky Kloss, as he blames her for the press he gets. According to him, no one else but him does their job well at City.

The more I hear about him the more I think he's one of those arrogant twats who think everyone but them is out of synch and not good enough to work with him. I don't respect people like that and I'll be glad to see the back of him.

So if you worked for a firm and they never backed you up... and then the guy in charge OF BUYING IN THE NEW WHATEVER.. UPDATES ETC fucked things up that YOUR job hung on you would be happy?? DONT THINK SO!

the firm fucked up here.. in every way! as for Calling him a TWAT.. FUCK OFF!
