FFS. That hurts to read. What the actual fuck are the club doing right now? That's the most candid Bobby has ever been and his frustration with it all is evident. I can't shake the feeling that we're about to throw away 3 years of building something on the sake of one fairly average season (2nd and a cup final, ha average).

I can understand what he says about taking time to build a truly world class team but again he talks crap about people within the club when he shouldn't. He seems a nice guy so I have to put it down to foolishness.

He gave us great times but he's not one to build anything long term around. Khaldoon won't know himself when he has a manager who he can relate to professionally.

Well that goes against the "well informed" posters on here who are stating that they only offered him a new deal in the summer because they felt they had to save face, as they wanted him out as far back as last season.

Nothing Mancini has said as led me to believe he wants out, in fact quite the opposite, it seems the board has just been biding their time looking for an excuse. A trophy-less season is their best it seems
