If we can't banners, simply sing his name for the full 90 mins (or at least in between the goals we score).
We could kill two birds with one stone, see below re billboard banners, no idea what cost would be but a digital image. On a. 22ft x 70ft banner would be mightily impressive.

You get maximum personalised impact for minimum cost!
