Adebayor is better technically, a lot better in fact. He would suit our game with his pace but Mancini just doesn't like him.

This is my thing about Mancini. He has no ability in working wity players he doesn't like. Bellamy, Tevez and Adebayor. He needs to work with people he may not like because its what is best for City. He wouldn't be allowed to turnover players like he has here at say Spurs or Arsenal.

I like Bobby (even namedmy dogj after him) but I do question his people skills.

What breed is your dog?

i wonder if he kicks it.

Exactly, buying Dzeko when you have Adebayor doesn't make sense to me.

Ability wise, I rate Ade higher than Dzeko.

You guys are bang on, this is the part of Mancini that doesnt sit well with me. He treats some players like absolute shit for no apparent reason. I couldn't get over the way he made a mockery of Bellamy no matter how much Bellamy announced his desire to play for the club, apologise and move on. Was it ever made clear what he actually did? Apart from put 100% into everything he did while here? No matter how well Bellamy played, it wasn't good enough for Mancini, which culminated in Mancini preferring to start Jo ahead of him! What a bag of shit Jo was, Bellamy was 10 times the player he was. Im convinced this cost us a fair few points that season. For all the praise Mancini gets, he definitely is not devoid from some serious man management flaws.

Remember you have no idea what goes on in the dressing room and that is HUGE in terms of team spirit.

There is a fair chance (Esp Bellamy) that they disrupted the dressing room and took focus away from Mancini's message.

Also the fact both got shipped out and we won...... THE PREMIER LEAGUE (still hasnt sunk in)

I'll side with Bobby on this if its ok......

He won the league with the best players. It's not like he won it with Liverpool. I like Bobby so don't misconstrue what I say but he definitely ad issues. Dalgish, Jones, Mourinho and Harry got on well with players who Bob classed as trouble makers. See where I am coming from?
From what i can remember, Mancini needed Adebayor to come on against United in the 0-0 game season before last. He wanted to bring Adebayor on in the 80th minute, but Adebayor wasn't ready. Mancini was fuming, and ended up putting Adebayor on in the 90th. Adebayor was fuming at this, and they had a massive bust up in the changing rooms.

With Bellamy, they clearly had a massive row over something because Bellamy hugged Mancini after he scored a goal, to show the public that there wasn't any problem between the pair. To me, this is a bit like when a boxer showboats when he's just been hurt. It's false, and there was a problem between the pair, albeit one that had perhaps temporarily been ironed out.

There was a lot of stuff on here talking about Bellamy being a bit of twat in training. And then there was the thing that he said to Redknapp when Spurs beat us to qualify for the CL.

So with this one, i'm willing to side with Mancini.

I think you remember wrong. The game in which Mancini brought on Adebayor in the dying minutes was against Arsenal at home and it was on the back of him scoring a hattrick against Lech Poznan in the previous game where he knelt in front of Silva after his third goal and thanked him for his Silva service. I could be wrong though.

Edit: Just checked and you're right about it being against the rags but i dont know about him not being ready in the 80th minute and what not however he was surprisingly dropped for the Arsenal game earlier which City lost(not saying it was due to him not being started).

It has been pretty well documented, by both players, their version of events and even from this one-sided viewpoint it is difficult to have sympathy for either player.

Both argued against Mancinis direct instructions. Bellamy went home when he was asked to complete more training and Ade told Mancini he didn't want to be brought on at the end of the game to help the side run down time.

Strange to criticise Mancini for any of this. People state he has a problem working with people he doesn't get on with. An attitude no different to Mourinho, Ferguson or other top managers.

Exactly the point, these are the types of issues you look at if you don't win the league.
Full backing of Mancini over ade.
There is one major difference between dzeko and ade,
Dzeko wants to stay and fight !!! Ade clearly doesnt want to fight for his
Place.

EXACTLY> MAJOR FUCKING DIFFERENCE. Ade wants to be top dog. Bellamy had fucking injury issue. The guys against Mancini here can debate no doubt. But they are being oblivious to a number of facts.

so its friday the idiots day ?

unfortunally my english is too poor for "debate" with that rags but my brain still is good enough for smell them.

and there is the proof : only a rag can think that win things at a club that won nothing for 44 years could be an easy task.

An easier task than it would have been with every other team in the prem.

Amazing achievement but it was NO SHOCK to me.

Your rag radar is not working fella, your simply smelling bullshit from your mouth because as I said I am no rag.

please note: that is just your opinion. It's not a fact and cannot be proved. Fact is that Mancini DID win the Premiership
