Mancini: "I'll forgive Tevez if he apologises"

Well said Roberto. What Tevez did was wrong, but he's served his punishment and should now return to the squad, IF he apologises and IF he can assure the manager of his 100% committment to the cause. We all make mistakes......

spoke to a well know training watcher the other day and he mentioned a certain Mr Tevez was still putting in a shift no matter who he was training with and not sulking about and being the big i'am

It nice to read that, but I can`t see Tevez playing again.
Internal problems should kept and resolved privately and not in the Public .

Re: Mancini, ill forgive Tevez is he apologises.

Might be nice to be able to show the guy exactly how he's thought of, now. It's said that some of our folk need a boo-boy to slate every game, let it be him, it saves the others

Re: Mancini, ill forgive Tevez is he apologises.

I can't see him ever apologising, and I don't think for a second that everything will be forgiven if he somehow did apologise.

He's history - apology or not.

Mancini, ill forgive Tevez is he apologises.

Got a feeling he will play a part in Napoli

Re: Mancini, ill forgive Tevez is he apologises.

Tevez won't apologise, its not in his nature - or his plans. He wants out of City and we want him out of City, end of!

Re: Mancini, ill forgive Tevez is he apologises.

It’s 10% over a season I presume, or is it the term of the contract? What happens if the club deem him ‘unfit’ to play? Does a place on the bench count? Either way, don’t play him and fuck him off in January, probably for a knock down fee, to some Brazilian shanty town shit hole club, with a ‘sell on’ clause, preventing them making an immediate turn on the deal. With a bit of luck, he’ll snap his leg shortly thereafter and he’ll seem like a bad dream as we march on to global dominance.

I think this all comes down the discretion of FIFA. I'd argue that the match he refused to warm up for should be counted as a match played. And the matches he was suspended for shouldn't be counted in the 10% calculation.

But I doubt we'd leave something like that to the whim of the FIFA decision makers.

-- Tue Nov 01, 2011 7:06 pm --
