Been in top 4 most of season
Fa cup semi final coming up
Europa group winners, unlucky not to go 1/4s
2nd best defense in league
+18 goal difference
Blimey, talkabout fans wanting it all right now. It makes me sick to my stomach to think so many city fans are unhappy with our progress and constantly woman and moan that they want a new manager.
On a side note just watched the chelsea game again and thought we were superb in defence most of the game and if we'd have had Tevez we might have taken all 3 points. Anyone else saw that stamp from ladyboy Malouda on Milner first half ? Could have broken his foot but cleverly disguised by the other 3 Chelsea players going in on him. Nige was ready to go but ladyboy scared him with all that make up.

Top 4 - agreed.
FA Cup - Laboured past Leicester and Notts County. Will we honestly beat them at Wembley? First quality opposition side.
Europa - Didn't match the last run. Unlucky?!
Carling Cup - You didn't even mention...
Defence - It's Mancini's style. We don't go at teams often enough.
Goal difference - Means nothing if Tottenham get more points than we do.

A big OUT for me.
Run out of patience with the man. His italian methods will not work in the premier league to topple our closest rivals, cant ever see us winning anything with him here.
We never seen to win the "must win" games & im not confident for the semi final.
Given the investment in the squad we should be doing much better than we are doing.

I suspect that those saying in don't have to endure the matches that we see! Watching it on tv or an Internet stream it's easy to switch off, going to matches this season has been such a bore thank god we have great banter, or we would all be asleep!

I'm an "in", Mancini needs another season. Start to judge him at this time next season.

I have posted on this thread a few times in the last couple of days and have to say if you find it funny then keep on PMSL-ing at the outers. I have stated the following a few times and nobody has answered the points that I make. If I am wrong (and I mean wrong, not just having a different opinion to your own) then please tell me where. A reasoned argument may make me change my mind or see things differently but all I hear is "we are 4th - quit moaning".
We WERE 1st, we WERE 2nd, we WERE 3rd and we ARE 4th. This is a sequence that is only going one way at the moment.
If the season had finished and we were 4th then I would be delighted. It isn't over and we are sliding. The form we are showing is bottom half of the table form. As stated previously I believe we need a change in management, either by Mancini's approach changing, which would be acceptable to me or if he can't adapt then a change in personnel is required. I don't believe he will change and we will not progress with cautious football.
With regards to the FA Cup we can only beat what is put in front of us and we have struggled with 3 of the 4 ties drawn. We were knocked out of the Uefa after we met the first decent team we were drawn against. Those runs have papered over the cracks of our very poor 2011 league form.
As i said earlier, if you disagree with any of this then please give me a reasoned argument not the usual "Bollocks" and "You don't know how lucky we are" responses because I do know how lucky we are as a club to have our owners. I honestly believe we need to see the light and change something before it is too late.
