Mancini in for me

BUT if we had a realistic chance of getting Jose with a commit to a 5 year plan then I'd be all over it...

How we get that commitment from Jose, maybe a sliding scale of reward for him

1st Year Contract £3M
2nd year Contract £5M
3rd year Contract £7M
4th year Contract £9M
5th year Contract £10M

£3M bonus for each league title, £1M for each Cup and £5M for a Champions league???

you'd have to add £10m to each year's wages.

You can sense their anger when they spit it out, can't you?

"How dare you expect us to be good? We used to be shit"

I don't think theres a problem with people expecting us to be good because we are good. We have so far had a good season albeit with a wobble of late but theres still plenty to play for and we are in a good position to finish 4th this season

I don't think theres many on here who are spoilt brats so to speak, i do think people are sometimes quite harsh or have extremely high expectations without taking everything into account

Out. Terrible manager if he wad English he would be called Sam allerdyce

Behave. He won trophies with two teams who were struggling and won trophies with Inter, he's in his first full season in charge of us and we have a 1 in 4 chance of winning a trophy, people might not like certain aspects of his management but he is by no means a terrible manager

But all these people want Mourinho, you know the one...probably gonna leave Real Madrid cos pep guardiola is making him look like a tool.

Lets have a brief glimpse into our most successful times and managers shall we?

Tom Maley - 4 years (1902-1906) FA Cup in 1904 (2 years into his reign)

Wilf Wild - 14 years (1932 -1946) FA Cup 1934, First Division champions 1936–37 (2 years into his reign)

Les McDowell - 13 years (1950 -1963) FA Cup 1956 ( 6 years into his reign)

Joe Mercer - 6 years (1965 - 1971) First Division champions 1967–68, FA Cup 1969, League Cup 1970, Cup Winners' Cup 1970 (2 years into his reign)

Tony Book - 5 years (1974 - 1979) League Cup 1976 (2 years into his reign

A Manager needs time to build a team, with or without endless pots of money. Changing the Manager so often has deprived us of a major trophy for 35 years.
Although I admire Roberto, especially the way he handles the pressure, and with his old man being very poorly, I too, am not happy with some of the tactics he has employed, especially when we could have won games we ultimately drew or lost.
BUT, we have to have consistancy at the helm of this great ship called MCFC.

So for me, its an "IN".

IN

Were 3rd and in an FA Cup semi-final. Complete no brainer.

Come the end of May if weve finished 5th and won nothing then no doubt the board will have have to consider things.

As it stands people need to get behind him and the team for our most important run in for 20 odd years
