I actually thought he was decent in the first half, and our best attacking outlet. He showed some good skill and looked all right on the ball. Better than Yaya and Dzeko.
However, in the second half, his threat was reduced and he wasn't quite as good. His final ball was also a dissapointment and something he may need to work on.
To be fair to AJ, he hasn't started every week this season, I think this was only his 6th league start, but he's scored 5 goals. He can also provide a good impact option from the bench in the last 15 or 20 minutes of a game. Therefore, I do feel he is worthy of a place in our squad.
He's not the finished article, he has flaws, which he needs to work on if he wants to make the biggest impact possible here, but I do feel he'll get better as he progresses in his career.
