Mancini is right AJ is lazy

We played the second half with 10 men - Johnson was a waste of time. If he is to make it at this level he needs to spend some time bulking up and improving his stamina and pace.

Are you suggesting AJ was the only player out of this game?

Wouldn't have mattered if AJ had launched in a hundred crosses ,Dzeko can't find the net.
As for Aguero he's also goin' through a poor period at the moment and seems to miss great chances or makes poor decisions when through on goal

These guys cost big money and should be delivering. When I go to work(and this is exactly what these players are doing) I'm expected to carry out my tasks as required by my employer
and to the expectations of my customers. I'm allowed the odd off day but not day after day or in the case of City match after match.

AJ cost a fraction of these guys and whilst not always 'doin the business' certainly doesn't deserve this bollocks.

AJ was our likeliest outlet for a goal in the first half, but tailed off badly.
Second halves seem to be a big problem for him when he starts a game. Whether it is a stamina or concentration issue, this probably explains why Mancini still sees him as an impact sub rather than a starter.

He was out on his feet in the last 15 minutes. Blowing out of his arse. Stamina definitely suspect although I do like him as a player.

The problem is that he cant beat players for pace. So his lack of pace would be exposed on the left, players would just show him the outside when he's on the left and he's gonna do less damage when he creates space as he's on the outside before they catch him up and close the distance. On the right when he creates space for himself and come inside, he is closer to the middle with his left foot and has time to do something. Simply put lack of pace is whats holding him

ABSOLUTELY CORRECT,BUY A REPLACEMENT THEN SELL HIM TO LIVERPOOL.

It could easily be the end for him. Roberto looked well pissed off at his application second half and once he makes up his mind...

Right I'm going out on a limb. I'm not having him sadly. Not good enough for the level we want to be at. Doesn't beat his man enough, doesn't contribute consistently in a game and should never start for me. An impact player off the bench at best.

I reckon that he'll eventually move on because he wants more games, and once he gets regular starts under a manager that rates him, we'll see the real Adam Johnson. Fantastic young player imo.
