Why do you keep responding to yourself....surely its not to keep me entertained? If it is cheers..Dd

All part of the service Ric pays us to provide :)
Well many thanks, but I do believe its voluntary :)

I was just referring to the days when certain less able minded posters suggested me and Dave, (and Tolmie) were actually paid contributors by Ric to up the number of visits to the site! You're absolute right though I volunteer for this madness ... :)

Roberto, the advertisment in the MEN was a class act & you should have left it like that. However, you should have Kept your personal feelings to yourself & accepted the decision with dignity.

Why should he ?? If he is asked a question he is entitled to respond.
If that is his opinion of what happened that is fine.

His advert in the Men, with its messiah type trophy shot, was a middle finger to the club who'd sacked him. Just like this interview.

I believe the right decision was made, knowing what I know now.

But can we please stop slagging the man off, right he has his faults but he played a big part in the success we've enjoyed over the last few years, he deserves some respect for that even if you do dislike/hate him.
I completely agree its funny because everyone saying knowing what I know now we made the right move but for me knowing what I know now about what people in bluemoon are saying about Mancini everyone here is proving him right he really doesn't get the respect he deserves clearly! I for one believe it was the right move and like what direction were heading but some of you people are fucking him off like he didn't make our dreams come true like he didn't build us into the force we are today with the obvious help from the owners but he brought us success and respect and he deserves more respect back..the man obviously loved our club and it affected him to be sacked at least we had a manager who loved our club and was generally hurt by the dismissal ..everyone has there faults but. I Won't fuck Mancini off just like that he will always have a place in my heart for what he's done for us all he did was talk about his reaction and point of view of his sacking the man is not allowed to reflect back on it? Totally unfair of all you to slag off Mancini like he was mark Hughes where's respect?

I dont think he is entitled to respond by slagging off his previous employers.

He had nothing but good things to say about the men that employed him.

Time to put it to bed now. Mancini was inevitably going to do an interview at some point and nothing that's come out had brought anything new to the table.
It's been stated more than enough times on here about his failings, he isn't a very personable man and he can be abrupt, which in the mind of the average mollycoddled footballer is tantamount to treason.
It seems he has a high opinion of himself when it comes to football and for that I don't really blame him - his credentials certainly stack up more than the likes of Tolmie, Billy,PB. Dave and even Nip, though that ones a close call..
He's obviously hurting that he was let go and maybe it's down to his own stubbornness that he can't see his own failings, I don't know. I do know that his time overall here was a successful one in the main and although the majority of the credit should go to our fantastic owners I feel Mancini deserves more than a passing mention and a big fuck off from Bluemoons finest.
I'm just excited about the new season, clean slate for everyone and a fuckload of trophies to be won - onwards and upwards.

What? All he said was he didn't think he deserved it because he had a good record with the club and he was hurt by it ..that's not exactly slagging off our owners and he mentioned he deserved more respect..which he is correct c'mon now you don't think he deserved more respect when he got sacked before finishing out the last 2 games of the season like he was avb in Chelsea? He should've at least been given the last 2 games out of respect for what he did for us ..and he didn't even diss the owners or soriano all he said was they didn't speak the same language ..so no bobby didn't say anything that was "slagging us off" I guess a man can't give his true opinions in a interview ..and we complain when people aren't honest
