Now I know why Bobby took Tevez off in the FA Cup ... he saw the writing on the wall and didn't want to give Manu the chance to win his first trophy in August thus ensuring the season was automatically a success!

Soriano and Begiristain allowing Mancini to be humiliated before the Cup Final was a shabby way to treat him and it destabilised the club and they must take a lot of responsibility for the Wembley no show. I didn't agree with replacing Mancini, and the way it was handled was very, very poor indeed. A sad chapter in our history.

I just hope that Pellegrini is an improvement on the high standards set by Mancini. If he isn't an improvement, and we have to give him time, the judgement of Soriano and Begiristain will come into sharp focus, in Abu Dhabi and amongst us.

Some Blues believing Begiristain and Soriano were right to replace Mancini is a matter of opinion, but the hatred towards Mancini and the clever arse gloating on here is utterly shameful. The anti-Mancini whispering campaign on here for much last season was equally shameful especially when you consider what Mancini achieved for us. All of it is misplaced.

Preach your hatred if you really must, but it says more about the haters than anyone else.

Par for the fucking course with this guy. Just amazes me that it's taken so long for a few people to see what a complete twat he was and how corrosive he was behind the scenes at City.

I will nail my colours to the mast and say that I liked Mancini.
Knowing what I know, now, I believe it was right to part company with him, although the way it was done was sloppy and amateurish.
However, I do not understand how a so called City fan can be calling him names like this!! It amazes me.
Having seen some genius managers in the past like Alan Ball and Phil Neal, I would still not resort to calling those guys names.
Mancini brought us our first trophies for over 40 years. On that alone he should be given respect.
Fair enough if you dont like him, but I think resorting to name calling shows a lack of class.
