Mancini Protest

It is time to get this man out, his negative tactics cost us yesterday, i know he brought on SWP, but taking of Johnsen was a terrible decision as he was our best player.

It is time for a visual protest, i know it would be copying them, but i think we should have some sort of coloured flag campaign.

In my opinion it should be Welsh flags, or indeed Welsh colours, but my opinions on Hughes are not welcomed here.

Those who believe that Mancini it the man to bring us forward are looking through blue tinted glasses..that man cost us yesterday, that man must go.

..on a side point i hope he loses than bloody scarf now...makes him a laughing stock.
Bollocks.

Johnson was probably our worst player on the day - well marshalled and lacking the big game experience - as also demonstrated at Chelsea away.

De Jong was by far the best player on the pitch after Scholes.

Would say Kompany was our next best.

Also think Ade has got a raw deal off many on here. Thought he showed plenty of desire and work ethic.

Tevez was truly awful, are we not allowed to say that now?

are you a complete idiot?!?

we lost to a last minute header and deserved a draw if not a win
yeah taking off johnson wasnt a great move but every manager gets it wrong sometimes.

IMO mancini has done a good job, its not easy to come in halfway through a campain with an inherited squad and do as well as hes done
i think if we'd kept hughsey we'd still be in and around there, maybe 6/7, but mancini has no doubt improved us, most noticeably in defence

i think bringing on vieira was a good move, his attitude and leadership are needed most in games like that, just a pity tevez and bellamy had a poor game

i do think mancini was too negative in the derby, had we set out attacking we'd have ripped them apart, they were as bad as we were
all in all, a very dissapointing derby, both in quality of the game, and in the result

after wigan terrifically came back to beat arsenal, they will be demoralised and have nothing left to play for, so its worked out nicely for us, we have to get at least a point there
already nervous for the crunch game at home to spurs which will undoubtedly decide which of us play in the champs league next year

also, slightly off the point, but who do people want to win when the rags play spurs? i want a draw personally

agree with you scholes was the best player on the pitch not sure if by luck or by design(if you know what i mean) but either way he was
thought vinnie was our best player
but to say tevez was truely awful is way over the top, he was well marshalled by the utd back line, but never gave up showing for the ball.

Tevez was truly awful,
==============

Apparently he had been ill for a few days and it was 'touch & go' as to him playing at all. The tablets he took during the game were strong painkillers..

Thought Ned had a great game again and though I like De Jong think he should have stuck closer to Scholes and given him a few bites before he went off!

Think we would have been better bringing Zab on!

Ha Ha, well that would certainly explain why he was truly awful!

Also don't think the heat helped him or couple of others players IMO - and I include Rooney in that.

Im known for criticising mancini and i think he deserves it again for the wya he set up against utd (and if he does it against spurs and villa the results could be the same)

However ne needs time and to say he should be sacked is ridiculous. I believe we will miss out on 4th and could be in afight for 5th as well but even if that happens, the worst thing the club could do is sack him...he needs time

He does need to realise that he cannt play the wya he wants to against better teams as we dont have the players to do it...if he is going to play his system he needs a box to box midfielder and two attacking fullbacks.

we dont have those so we need to play to our strengths against the better teams and RM needs to be less rigid in the way he sets his team out for the rest of the season

Mancini's intentions can't be rubbished, he went 4-4-2 and didn't want to change a winning team.

However, he showed his lack of nous, failing to change things quickly enough in the first half hour.

You can get away with 4-4-2 against 60-70 odd per cent of the Premier League, but against five man midfields of United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal, forget it.

This is where his lack of understanding about the Premier League will lead to his downfall.

Scholes was man of the match in the second leg of the Carling Cup at swamp.

I thought De Jong was magnificent, but he was fighting a losing battle due to the dual combination of the formation and Barry's lack of vitality.

I get where you are coming from Tolm but who should he have taken off?

It's alright everyone saying we should have had a 5 man midfield but how could Bob drop Tevez or Ade after the last few games?

As it happens I don't think Carlos was fit/healthy, he definitely had to go to bench to take a tablet for something in the first half hour - anyone else notice this?

I think tevez is not right in the head, thats why the poor game, the
fighting spirit wasnt there.Probably its because of that interview and
that fooker kia has been feeding him poison.
